Empower Austria: How To Upgrade Your Venture With International Interns

The end of the second Empower Austria project was celebrated with the final closing event that gathered more than 80 guests from the startup scene and AIESEC.

The Empower Austria project received a reward by AIESEC Global as the best Entrepreneurial Project among 126 countries. To acknowledge the contribution of the organizers and partners, on September 22 a closing event was held by AIESEC in Austria. The main topic of the event was Leadership in Entrepreneurship and the attendees had the opportunity to hear about the experiences of startups and students who were part of the project this summer.

Providing Added Value To Startups

Empower Austria is a cross-cultural project, where young talents from diverse backgrounds bring added value to startups in Austria with their entrepreneurial spirit. For the last 3 months 28 students and recent graduates from 17 countries worked in Viennese startups. The project connected startups with students and graduates who contributed to the workplace with their eagerness to learn and their international perspective. By providing this challenging experience, the students developed important skills for their future career.
