StartUs Weekly Round Up #31

Published on:

If your week's been as busy as ours check out our round up 31 to get info on what happened in Europe's startup scene this week. Don't miss out!

One week has passed and it’s already Friday – yay! But before you head off to your well deserved weekend to energize for next week’s tasks we’ll tell you what happened at StartUs and our Magazine.

Weekly Round Up #31 at StartUs Magazine

City Guide Turin

As every week we’ve provided you with a new, awesome and helpful Startup City Guide. This time we look into Turin’s startup scene: Why should you fund there, where can you meet people active in the community, where can you get funding what should you keep in mind? These and more questions are answered in our guide so make sure to check it out!

StartUs Presents

You may also noted that we have two new interview’s online. This time StartUs Presents features Viedit, a platform for freelance movie makers which edit your home videos into stunning masterpieces you’ll want to see over and over again. The second startup we interviewed was MyBeeLine, a software and network who aims to save bees from extinction and thus make the world a better place.

You have an interesting startup story as well? Go ahead and request an interview!

Articles you’ll enjoy reading

Apart from these exciting articles you might also find one of the following interesting. We explain why raising money for your tech startup is a waste of time and what you should rather focus on – innovation for example! Check out how you can improve while working and playing (yes, you read that right: work AND fun!).

Another, not so fun topic, is money. Since we all have to deal with money we want to set your mind back on what it actually is: a tool. Read on why you shouldn’t let it take up too much of your mindset. If you have a free mind you can concentrate what is important to you and maybe also get it in just one powerful step!

Getting what you want not only is good for you but also for others in the community: by learning more about the community and earning knowledge you can return these skills and create more value. So whenever you achieve one of your goals, remember: learn, earn, return!

And what about StartUs?

Headline of the week

Last but not least, our personal headline of the week. A phrase you can add to your StartUs profile, which gives people an impression of what you’re all about. The quote we feature in this part is chosen by our staff out of the many profiles online at StartUs.

“Believe you can and you are halfway there” by Carmelina Madonia.

Stay tuned for new updates next Friday 🙂
