Apply For The 3D Printing Accelerator FREIRAUM By April 15 For Market Access

Published on:

The Munich-based 3D Printing Accelerator FREIRAUM seeks European early-stage startups looking for growth & market access. The application is open until April 15.

0% equity taken, 6 months acceleration given. The accelerator powered by the Strascheg Center of Entrepreneurship (SCE) in collaboration with AMV (EOS) focuses on 3D Printing, a rapidly growing field of technology.

The non-profit accelerator addresses early-stage 3D printing startups and accompanies them on their way to the market and Series A financing. The company behind FREIRAUM, the Strascheg Center of Entrepreneurship, already supported more than 250 startups which, until today, have accumulated a market capitalization of several 100m euro. Two of FREIRAUM’s success stories include 3dTrustMcubus, and Ruhrsource.

Every year, around 20 startups graduate from the Munich-based accelerator, ready to bring their additive manufacturing solution to the market.

Profit From A Large Network & Market Access

FREIRAUM relies on a first-class team of business coaches, a large startup network, 800 m2 of working space including free access to technical labs and maker-spaces, as well as market access support by partner companies, such as AM Ventures (EOS), to ensure startups benefit from direct support to grow their business, attract investors, and integrate them into SCE’s startup network.

To make the most out of the coaching sessions, startups will be invited to a 1:1 session by their personal consultant every two weeks throughout the entire acceleration process, guaranteeing tailor-made consultancy.

One of the main advantages for startups is that FREIRAUM does not take any equity and does not charge startups for their services. Instead, they motivate startups to support the ongoing work of SCE as an alumnus.

Despite the accelerator being located in downtown Munich, startups can apply independently of their location as FREIRAUM also supports its teams on a virtual base.

Simple & Easy Application

The application & process of the 3D Printing Accelerator is easy & simple:

  1. Apply.
  2. The business idea is confidentially discussed within the next 48h.
  3. Startups pitch their business idea in front of a small jury from SCE and EOS. (Individual appointments are offered.)
  4. SCE integrates you into their startup league. (Simultaneous support/funding by other organizations is not prohibitive.)

Early-stage 3D printing startups can apply to FREIRAUM until April 15.
