Ergest holds an MSc Degree in Information and Communication Technology from Tirana University. He has more than 10 years experience in ITC Sector, Information Security, Project Management, Business Process Management and recently in the entrepreneurship sector. During last years, he has been very active in the field of entrepreneurship and community building, and since last November he organizes​​ Startup Weekend Tirana. He is also a trainer and public speaker. He is passionate about technology, startups, photography and traveling.
