Aleksander is co-founder and CEO at Buildit Hardware Accelerator, first startup accelerator in Northern and Eastern Europe investing into hardware startups. For 4 years Aleksander has worked and lived in Munich, the silicon valley of Germany, in one of the top engineering houses ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH developing flight simulators for German navy. That was before starting his own engineering company in Estonia, which lead to becoming an investor and founding partner at Buildit Accelerator.
